Your account

Delete your Jewgo account.

One Jewgo account signs you in to Jewgo Nav, Jewgo Biz, Jewgo Card and Jewgo Invite (coming soon). You delete it in one place.

Last updated October 26, 2026

You’ll sign in to Jewgo Account, then type DELETE to confirm. This can’t be undone.

What deleting it does

  • Your Jewgo account is deleted straight away, with no grace period: your email address, password, linked Google or Apple sign-in and profile.
  • You’re signed out of Jewgo Nav, Jewgo Biz, Jewgo Card and Jewgo Invite (coming soon) on every device.
  • Each product is sent a deletion notice, and erases what it holds about you under its own privacy policy once it picks the notice up.

Not every product picks up that notice yet, so deleting your Jewgo account does not on its own erase everything. To be sure a product’s data is gone, delete your account inside that product first, as described below, or email privacy@jewgo.app.

What we keep

  • A record that the account was deleted, with a one-way hash of the email address or sign-in it used, never the address itself. It stops a deleted account being quietly recreated, and lets us confirm the deletion if you ask.
  • The deletion notice the products read to carry out their own deletion.
  • Any record of an action our team took on your account, kept as our accountability log.
  • Copies in our backups, until they are rotated out under our backup schedule.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there, in your store account settings.

Only want to leave one product?

Delete your account inside that product instead. The product erases what it holds about you under its own privacy policy, and your Jewgo account stays for the others.

  • Jewgo Nav: in the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
  • Jewgo Biz: email support@jewgo.app from the address on your account.
  • Jewgo Card: in the app, go to Settings, then Manage account, then Delete account. On the web, go to Settings, then Delete account.
  • Jewgo Invite (coming soon): sign in on the web, go to Settings, then Delete my Jewgo Invite data.

Need help?

If you can’t sign in, or you have a question, email privacy@jewgo.app from the address on your account. You can also ask a product directly.

What each product keeps, and for how long, is in its own privacy policy. Read our privacy policy and Jewgo Account’s privacy policy.
