We use cookies for analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics) and to show Instagram posts. They stay off until you choose. Read our Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

Jewgo Nav, Jewgo Biz and Jewgo Card each publish their own privacy policy, because each collects and uses different data for a different product. Jewgo Account — the shared identity you sign in with — publishes its own, covering only the identity itself. Pick the one that governs the product or account you're asking about.

Everything above governs a Jewgo product or the Jewgo Account identity. This section covers jewgo.app itself — the marketing site you are reading right now, which is not a product and creates no account.

Analytics

This site uses PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (page views and Core Web Vitals). Neither loads, and neither can set a cookie, until you accept in the cookie banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a refusal automatically and skip the banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Instagram

The home page can show recent Instagram posts. Before you accept analytics (or tap “Show Instagram posts” on an individual post), you see a placeholder image only — Instagram’s player, and any cookie it might set, does not load until then.

Cloudflare

Like every Jewgo web surface, this site sits behind Cloudflare, which inspects incoming traffic for bot and abuse detection as part of ordinary request handling. That processing happens for every request as a security measure, not as a marketing choice, so it is not gated by the cookie banner or by GPC.

Contact form

The form on our Connect page sends your name, email address, message and the topic you picked to Jewgo’s servers. We do not store it in a database: it is checked for abusive content and then emailed, through our email provider Resend, to the Jewgo support inbox, with your address set as the reply-to so we can answer you. It stays in that inbox for as long as we need it to handle your question and to keep a record of our correspondence, and you can ask us to delete it.

Why we process it

If you are in the EU or UK: analytics and Instagram embeds run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Privacy choices”. We answer contact messages because you asked us to, and Cloudflare’s security processing rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and available.

To ask about, access or delete what this website holds about you, as distinct from any product’s own policy above, email [email protected]. If we turn down all or part of a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal”; we will review it and answer within the time the law requires, and if we still decline, we will tell you how to contact your state regulator.
