# About Jewgo: Jewish life, made easier.

> The text of https://jewgo.app/about/, as markdown.

We are building a more connected Jewish world through media, community, and simple tools that help you find places, discover businesses, and take part in what is happening.

Jewgo is built by two founders, for the communities they are part of. It starts in Florida, where Jewgo Nav is in beta.

## The parts of Jewish life that still run on word of mouth.

Where is there a minyan tonight. Who does this kind of work. Who should see my daughter’s resume. Those questions get answered in group chats, phone calls, and forwarded PDFs. Jewgo builds the software for them — one app per question, and nothing you put in one shows up in another.

## What we make

- **[Jewgo Nav](https://nav.jewgo.app/)** (Live in Florida): Find Jewish places near you. Shuls, kosher restaurants, mikvahs, stores and events near you, with hours, directions and local context in one app.
- **[Jewgo Biz](https://biz.jewgo.app/)** (Building now): Good businesses get found. Start with a free storefront. Paid plans unlock discovery, messaging, bookings and payments when you need them.
- **[Jewgo Card](https://shidduchcard.com/)** (Live on the web): Your story, your way. Build a shidduch resume once, shared through links you revoke. Not a dating app, matching engine or public directory.

## The team

- **Dovi Brody**, Co-founder. Dovi works on community, marketing, media and product direction. He notices the people and businesses others walk past, and turns real community problems into ideas worth building.
- **Mendel Lieberman**, Co-founder. Mendel leads product, engineering and systems. He turns everyday community problems into simple, practical software, and solves the technical work that comes with building it.
- **Schneur Reicher**, Head of Media Relations. Schneur handles media relations and content: founder interviews, articles, organic press outreach, and building relationships with Jewish publications.

Jewgo LLC builds all three apps.

## Questions

### What is Jewgo?

Three apps for Jewish life, and one sign-in across them. Jewgo Nav finds what is around you, Jewgo Biz gives a business its storefront, and Jewgo Card shares a shidduch resume privately with people you choose.

Each app only has to solve its own problem, and nothing you put in one shows up in another.

### Is Jewgo free?

Jewgo Nav is free to download and free to use. Jewgo Biz starts with a free storefront, and paid plans unlock discovery, messaging, bookings and payments when a business needs them.

Jewgo Card keeps its own plans on its own site.

### Who founded Jewgo?

Dovi Brody and Mendel Lieberman, both co-founders. Dovi works on community, marketing and product direction. Mendel leads product, engineering and systems. The company is Jewgo LLC, and it builds all three apps.

### How can I add my business?

Claim a free storefront on Jewgo Biz. You get a page people can find, and you decide what goes on it. Messaging, bookings and payments are there when you want them.

### Is Jewgo only for Florida?

Jewgo Nav is in beta in South Florida, so that is where its listings are today. Jewgo Biz and Jewgo Card are not tied to a place.

We would rather be genuinely useful in one area than thin across ten. Nav opens the next one when it is worth opening every day in this one.

### How can I help in my city?

Tell us where you are. Recommend the places worth listing, introduce the businesses you already use, send us what is happening locally, and tell us what is wrong with what we built.

That is most of how Nav learns an area, and it is the part we cannot do from a desk.

### What is the difference between Nav, Biz and Card?

They answer different questions. Nav is for finding: shuls, minyanim, kosher food, mikvahs, stores and what is on this week. Biz is for being found, if you run something people are looking for. Card is for sharing one private document with people you pick.

They are genuinely separate. Each keeps its own data and its own display name, so a place you save in Nav is not visible to Biz, and a card you build in Card is not visible to either.

### Is Jewgo also a media company?

No. We post on Instagram and TikTok about what is opening, what is changing and what people are building, because that reaches communities before an app does.

It is how Jewgo grows and how we hear what is missing. The products are the business.
